After nearly 20 years supporting executives and teams in corporate environments and over six years operating in the online space, I launched my business in 2024 with a deep understanding and passion for structure, operations, and what's required for sustainable growth.
The name OGSoul didn’t originate as strategy. It began in the garden.
Through my husband’s and my shared passion for living soil, organic inputs, and regenerative growth, the phrase Organic Soul Gardens surfaced. Watching plants respond not to force, but to rhythm, care, and the right conditions, something clicked.
Nothing in the garden can be rushed. You can’t demand growth. You can only create the environment for it.
That insight extended beyond plants.
Organic growth isn’t forced. It happens with patience, persistence, intention, and alignment. It's steady. Sustainable. Real.
Over time, the name distilled.
OG as in organic.
OG as in original.
Original Soul.
Original Soul points to something we all carry—a unique, unrepeatable blueprint. The part of us that knows how to grow when we stop forcing it.
OGSoul embodies how I work, build, and support others: structure that supports growth, systems that remove what isn’t essential, and operations that feel aligned, sustainable, and human.

Strategic systems, operational clarity, and mentorship for sustainable online growth.
I support growth through systems, structure, mentorship, and conversation.
Reflections, podcast updates, and early access to what I’m building.
Chatting with Humans, hosted by me, Darrel-Lynne, grew out of a realization that changed me.
After navigating mental health diagnoses, hospitalizations, and the gradual reclamation of my identity and voice, I began to see something clearly:
Every story is met with another story.
Every person carries something completely unique.
No one’s experience is insignificant.
Chatting with Humans is a celebration of people and perspective. Everyday humans sharing what shaped them, challenged them, and moved them.
This isn’t about the loudest voices or the biggest platforms. It’s about humans sitting down, talking, and allowing themselves to be witnessed. Honestly. Authentically. Without shame.
Because our perspectives matter. All of them.
